- Stay informed on legal industry trends and developments to anticipate and address the evolving needs of students.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in career counseling and placement.
A Master's Degree In Counseling, Higher Education, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Career Counseling And Placement, Preferably In A Law School Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of The Legal Job Market And Career Paths For Law School Graduates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Students, Alumni, And Employers.
Experience With Career Development Resources And Technology, Such As Career Assessment Tools And Job Search Platforms.
