- Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse and talented pool of students to the School of Civic Leadership's programs.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to design and deliver engaging civic education curriculum.
- Coordinate and lead recruitment events, including informational sessions, campus visits, and virtual tours.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to reach potential students, such as social media, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.
- Evaluate and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Serve as a liaison between the School of Civic Leadership and other departments and organizations to foster partnerships and increase visibility.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the recruitment and application process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the School of Civic Leadership's programs.
- Plan and execute recruitment events and activities, both on and off-campus, to attract prospective students.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment and civic education to continuously improve the recruiting process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the School of Civic Leadership's programs.
- Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the School of Civic Leadership through active participation in meetings and committees.
- Mentor and provide professional development opportunities for student ambassadors and other recruitment team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment efforts and student enrollment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with students, staff, and other stakeholders to represent the School of Civic Leadership positively.
A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Higher Education Recruitment And Admissions. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Recruitment Strategies, Managing A Team Of Recruiters, And Working With Diverse Populations.
A Strong Understanding Of Civic Education And Its Importance In Developing Future Leaders. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Issues And Trends In Civic Education, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Civic Education Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Students, Faculty, Staff, And Community Partners. This Includes The Ability To Present Information In A Clear And Engaging Manner, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Supervise And Mentor Staff, Manage Budgets And Resources, And Make Strategic Decisions. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Policies And Procedures, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To Changing Circumstances And Priorities.
