  1. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement academic programs that align with the university's mission and goals.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for students and faculty regarding academic program inquiries and concerns.
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the university's academic programs, including course offerings, requirements, and policies.
  4. Coordinate and schedule academic events, such as orientations, workshops, and information sessions, to promote and support academic programs.
  5. Assist with the recruitment and admissions process for academic programs, including reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enrollment, progress, and graduation.
  7. Collaborate with other university departments to ensure efficient and effective operations of academic programs.
  8. Monitor and evaluate academic program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Assist in developing and managing budgets for academic programs.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in academic program management and make recommendations for implementation.
  11. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in academic program coordination.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to academic program management.
  13. Serve as a liaison between the university and external partners, such as employers and community organizations, to develop and maintain partnerships that support academic programs.
  14. Support the university's commitment to diversity and inclusion by promoting and supporting a diverse and inclusive academic community.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Higher Education, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Academic Program Coordination Or Related Role.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.

  • Knowledge Of Academic Program Policies And Procedures, Preferably In A University Setting.
