The University of Rochester is seeking a dedicated Student Records and Registration Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing student records and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of registration data. As a key member of our university community, you will have the opportunity to support and guide our students in achieving their academic goals.   1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including personal information, academic programs, and enrollment status.
  2. Process and verify student registration data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Communicate with students, faculty, and staff regarding registration procedures and requirements.
  4. Monitor and update student records in accordance with university policies and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with academic advisors to ensure students are on track to meet their academic goals and requirements.
  6. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in student records.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to students, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to registration and records.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and security of student records in accordance with FERPA guidelines.
  9. Assist with the implementation of new registration systems and processes.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for registration procedures.
  11. Serve as a resource for students and staff on registration policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and university offices to ensure accurate and timely transfer of student records.
  13. Stay current on updates and changes in university policies and procedures related to student records and registration.
  14. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the department.
  15. Support and promote a positive and inclusive campus community for all students.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
