Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field: A Sr Clinical Trials Project Mgr At University Of Rochester Must Possess An Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or A Related Field Such As Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of The Scientific Principles And Methodologies Involved In Clinical Trials.
Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Managing Complex Clinical Trials.
