- Ensure that all clinical trials are compliant with regulations and guidelines set by governing bodies.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for each clinical trial.
- Collaborate with research teams to identify and recruit suitable study participants.
- Communicate with study participants, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of clinical trials.

Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field: A Sr Clinical Trials Project Mgr At University Of Rochester Must Possess An Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or A Related Field Such As Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of The Scientific Principles And Methodologies Involved In Clinical Trials.
Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Managing Complex Clinical Trials. They Should Be Well-Versed In Project Management Principles And Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
