Bachelor's Degree In Social Work Or A Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Social Work Or A Related Field Is Often Required For A Social Work Assistant Position At The University Of Rochester. This Educational Background Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Understanding Of Social Work Principles And Practices.
