  6. Document patient information: The Patient Care Technician will be responsible for accurately documenting patient information and maintaining medical records. This may include recording vital signs, updating patient charts, and documenting any changes in the patient's condition.
  7. Assist with daily activities: The Patient Care Technician will assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. They may also help with transportation and mobility as needed.
  8. Provide emotional support: Patients may be going through difficult times and may require emotional support. The Patient Care Technician should be compassionate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Candidates For The Seiu Patient Care Technician Job At University Of Rochester Must Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Level. This Shows A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge Required For The Job.
