
Project Manager, DEI Programming

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Programming efforts. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that support our commitment to DEI. - Develop and implement strategic plans for DEI programming efforts in collaboration with university leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage all aspects of DEI initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support DEI efforts.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform the development of DEI initiatives and measure their impact.
- Collaborate with various departments and student organizations to promote and integrate DEI principles across campus.
- Create and deliver trainings and workshops on DEI topics for faculty, staff, and students.
- Develop and oversee communication strategies to raise awareness of DEI initiatives and engage the campus community.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on current DEI issues, trends, and best practices to inform programming efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration in DEI efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to other staff members working on DEI initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to DEI.
- Represent the university at DEI-related events and conferences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all faculty, staff, and students.
- Uphold the university's core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Diversity And Inclusion, Human Resources, Or Organizational Development.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Context Of Dei Programming.
Strong Understanding Of Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Principles And Best Practices, With A Demonstrated Ability To Apply Them In A Higher Education Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders And Build Relationships With Community Partners.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Dei Initiatives, Including Creating And Delivering Training Programs, Conducting Needs Assessments, And Measuring Impact.
