  • Develop and implement project plans for off-site projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners, to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to relevant parties on a regular basis.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential roadblocks.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for off-site projects, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the University of Rochester in a professional and positive manner, both on and off-site.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Project Management, Business Administration, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Off-Site Projects, Including Remote Team Management, Budget Management, And Project Tracking.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Best Practices, Such As Agile Or Lean Six Sigma.
