Job Description

  1. Provide support to students in need of mental health services.

  3. Work collaboratively with the mental health team to develop and implement support plans for students.

  5. Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.

  7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when working with students.

  9. Collaborate with other departments and organizations to promote mental health initiatives on campus.
  10. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Provide culturally competent care and be sensitive to the needs of diverse populations.
  12. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student interactions and progress.
  13. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students seeking mental health services.
  14. Stay informed of university policies and procedures related to mental health services.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the values of diversity, inclusivity, and social justice.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably With College-Aged Individuals.

  • Knowledge Of Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Methods.
