  1. Enroll eligible individuals in the Medicaid program by providing guidance, assistance, and support throughout the application process.
  2. Conduct outreach efforts to identify and engage with individuals who may be eligible for Medicaid.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers to facilitate referrals and ensure a seamless enrollment process for clients.
  4. Educate individuals on the benefits of Medicaid and provide information on available health resources and services.
  5. Stay up-to-date on Medicaid eligibility requirements and policy changes to accurately determine eligibility for individuals.
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information and enrollment status.
