Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency, Such As Ascp Or Amt.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, With Specific Experience In Flow Cytometry.
Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Flow Cytometry Equipment, Including Flow Cytometers, Cell Sorters, And Associated Software.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.
