We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging team. As the Lead Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our imaging services.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the Imaging department, including scheduling, workflow management, and equipment maintenance.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to radiologic technology.
  3. Train and mentor new technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality imaging services.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement protocols for optimal patient care.
  5. Perform radiologic procedures as needed, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
  6. Evaluate imaging studies for accuracy and quality, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns or questions.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procedures and patient information.
  9. Stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and equipment, making recommendations for updates or upgrades as needed.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Radiologic Technologist, With At Least 2 Years In A Lead Or Supervisory Role.

  • Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) And State Licensure.

  • Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Train Staff.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Imaging Equipment And Procedures, Including Experience With Advanced Imaging Modalities Such As Mri, Ct, And Ultrasound.
