Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Sociology, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Conducting Human Subject Research, Preferably In An Academic Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Human Subject Research, Including Irb Processes And Protocols.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Effectively Communicate Research Findings.
Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Redcap And Spss, And Experience With Study Design And Data Collection Methods.
