  1. Conducting ethical and impactful research involving human subjects in compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies.
  2. Ensuring the protection and welfare of human subjects involved in research studies at the University of Rochester.
  3. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring research protocols to ensure they meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborating with researchers and other team members to develop and implement informed consent procedures and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Sociology, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Conducting Human Subject Research, Preferably In An Academic Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Human Subject Research, Including Irb Processes And Protocols.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Effectively Communicate Research Findings.

  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Redcap And Spss, And Experience With Study Design And Data Collection Methods.
