Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Guest Services Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Diverse Individuals And Handle Difficult Situations.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Knowledge Of Reservation And Booking Systems.
