  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the eRecord HB/PB electronic health record system
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to identify and address system issues and optimize functionality
  • Assist with the implementation of new features and upgrades for the eRecord system
  • Conduct training and education sessions for staff on how to properly utilize the eRecord system
  • Monitor system usage and data integrity to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system processes and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the eRecord system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to make recommendations for system enhancements
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to provide updates and address any concerns related to the eRecord system
  • Adhere to all privacy and security protocols to protect patient information within the eRecord system.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Electronic Health Record Systems, Specifically Erecord Hb/Pb.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Healthcare Providers And Technical Teams.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Meaningful Use, And Their Impact On Ehr Systems.
