EHR Applications Analyst I – eRecord HB/PB

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the eRecord HB/PB electronic health record system
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to identify and address system issues and optimize functionality
- Assist with the implementation of new features and upgrades for the eRecord system
- Conduct training and education sessions for staff on how to properly utilize the eRecord system
- Monitor system usage and data integrity to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system processes and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the eRecord system
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to make recommendations for system enhancements
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to provide updates and address any concerns related to the eRecord system
- Adhere to all privacy and security protocols to protect patient information within the eRecord system.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Electronic Health Record Systems, Specifically Erecord Hb/Pb.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Healthcare Providers And Technical Teams.
Familiarity With Healthcare Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Meaningful Use, And Their Impact On Ehr Systems.
