- Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking access to healthcare services, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.
- Gather and accurately record patient information, including demographic and insurance information, to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members to coordinate patient care and facilitate access to services.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and prioritize appointments based on urgency and availability.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare facilities to coordinate patient transfers and referrals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance plans and coverage to assist patients in navigating the payment process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate open communication and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of patient access services.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient confidentiality.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Customer Service Related Field.
