- Develop and implement the overall HR systems strategy for the University of Rochester.
- Evaluate and optimize current HR systems to ensure efficient and effective use of technology.
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR systems, including maintenance, upgrades, and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with HR team to identify and address any gaps or inefficiencies in current systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in HR systems and make recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of new HR systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Monitor and analyze data from HR systems to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Train and support HR team members on the use of HR systems and processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for any technical issues related to HR systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stay informed on updates and new features for HR systems.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure HR systems are meeting the needs of the organization.
- Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals to achieve goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for HR systems and report on progress to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR systems and data management.
- Foster a positive and innovative work environment for faculty and staff, promoting the University's mission and values.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Systems Administration, Implementation, Or Optimization.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, As Well As Current Trends And Best Practices In Hr Technology.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Manage System Upgrades, Integrations, And Process Improvements.
Experience With Hris, Ats, And Other Hr Systems, As Well As A Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Data Analysis Tools.
