  3. Review and verify student transcripts and records to ensure accuracy of degree requirements.
  4. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with degree audit reports.
  5. Maintain updated knowledge of university policies, degree requirements, and academic regulations to ensure compliance.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to students seeking assistance with their degree audit.
  7. Utilize and maintain degree audit software to efficiently process and track student degree audits.
  8. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in degree auditing.

  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in degree auditing across the university.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Education, Or Information Systems.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working With Degree Audits Or Academic Advising In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of University Degree Requirements And Academic Policies.

  • Experience With Student Information Systems, Such As Peoplesoft Or Banner.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Analyze Large Amounts Of Data.
