  1. Manage and oversee a portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring timely and successful completion according to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead and coordinate all aspects of the clinical trial process, including study design, budget management, patient recruitment, data collection and analysis, and dissemination of results.
  3. Collaborate with researchers and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for conducting clinical trials.
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including FDA and ICH guidelines.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the execution of clinical trials.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of clinical trials to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  7. Manage and track study budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a clinical trial.
  9. Ensure high-quality data collection and analysis, adhering to best practices and standards.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  11. Participate in relevant meetings, conferences, and training opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trial operations.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to clinical trials.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials, Preferably In An Academic Or Research Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Ich/Gcp Guidelines, And Other Relevant Regulations Related To Clinical Trials.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Manage Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
