Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Child Life, Child Development, Psychology, Or Related Field.
Child Life Certification Through The Association Of Child Life Professionals.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Child Life Specialist In A Healthcare Setting.
Ability To Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams And Communicate Effectively With Children And Families.
Familiarity With Developmentally Appropriate Interventions And Techniques For Promoting Positive Coping And Reducing Stress In Hospitalized Children.
