- Prioritize and handle high volumes of incoming calls with efficiency and attention to detail.

Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Call Center Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Inquiries And Concerns.
Proficiency In Using Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software And Other Relevant Technology.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
