  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to prioritize and address equipment maintenance needs.
  4. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment logs and service reports.
  5. Keep up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with medical equipment.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with equipment vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely and quality equipment repairs.
  8. Assist with training and mentoring newly hired biomedical equipment technicians.
  9. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency equipment repair requests.
  10. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures related to equipment maintenance and repair.
