  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of degree requirements and course offerings.
  2. Assist students with academic planning and course selection to ensure timely completion of degree requirements.
  3. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate and consistent course scheduling.
  4. Monitor and maintain degree audit software to ensure accurate tracking of student progress towards graduation.
  5. Review and process degree completion applications and ensure all requirements have been met.
  6. Maintain confidential and sensitive student records in accordance with university policies.
  7. Provide guidance and support to students regarding course planning, degree requirements, and academic policies.
  8. Serve as a resource for faculty and staff regarding degree audit and course planning procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other university departments to improve and streamline degree audit and course planning processes.
  10. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in academic advising and degree audit.
  11. Contribute to the overall success of the university by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Registrar's Office, Preferably With A Focus On Degree Audit And Course Planning.

  • Strong Understanding Of Academic Policies And Procedures, Including Degree Requirements And Course Sequencing.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Experience With Student Information Systems And Degree Audit Software, Such As Banner Or Degree Works, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
