
Associate Registrar for Compliance and Reporting

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the university.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to federal, state, and institutional regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for submission to relevant agencies and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a resource for faculty and staff on compliance-related matters.
- Train and educate staff on compliance policies and procedures.
- Identify and address any potential compliance issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance and reporting.
- Communicate and coordinate with external agencies and auditors as needed.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure proper data management and security.
- Provide support and guidance to the Registrar's office on compliance matters.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to compliance and reporting.
Bachelor's Degree In Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Higher Education Compliance Role, Preferably In A Registrar's Office Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Higher Education, Including Ferpa, Title Ix, And Ada.
Strong Analytical And Reporting Skills, With Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And Stakeholders Within The University.
