
Student Success Project Specialist

- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that support student success and retention
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and address barriers to student success
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students in achieving their academic and personal goals
- Conduct outreach and engagement efforts to connect with students and promote available resources
- Track and analyze data related to student success metrics and use findings to inform program improvements
- Serve as a liaison between students and academic advisors, faculty, and other campus resources to ensure holistic support for students
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and research in student success and use this knowledge to inform program development
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, events, and other activities to enhance students' academic skills and knowledge
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to expand support options for students
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions and progress towards goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Counseling, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Student Services Or Academic Advising.
Familiarity With Student Success Programs And Initiatives, Such As Retention Efforts And Academic Support Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Students, Faculty, And Staff.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
