
Human Resources Project & Initiatives Manager/Senior HR Generalist

- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage various HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to identify and address HR needs and drive positive change.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations for HR initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Oversee the implementation of new HR programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR project management, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor and train junior HR team members on project management processes and best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team and across the organization.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Project And Initiatives Management.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As Federal And State Employment Laws.
Experience Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Execution.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
