
Central Utility Plant Lead
This position Trades, plans, coordinates leads the staff and activities of the Energy Center (Central Utility Plant); maintains all Energy Center equipment and related distribution (power, cooling and heating) systems. Programs, organizes, and facilitates all plant repairs, operations and upgrades. Maintain up to date blueprints and drawings of all of the University mechanical equipment. Implements shift schedules for the Energy Center staff, in accordance with University policy; develops and maintains a training program to educate staff in all aspects of plant operations and mechanical system maintenance, accurately maintains training records
Experience in chiller plant and chilled water distribution systems
Minimum 1 year experience in hot water boilers and hot water distribution systems
Experience in overseeing a reciprocating engine cogeneration plant is highly desirable
