We are currently seeking an Assistant Football Coach - Offensive Coordinator to join our successful and dedicated coaching staff. This is a unique opportunity to work with talented student-athletes and shape the offensive strategy for our team.   1. Develop and implement the offensive strategy for the University of Redlands football team.
  2. Work closely with the Head Coach to create a cohesive and effective game plan.
  3. Train and mentor student-athletes on offensive techniques and plays.
  4. Scout and analyze opponents to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  5. Lead offensive meetings and film sessions to review and improve game plan.
  6. Manage and coordinate offensive drills during practice sessions.
  7. Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a well-rounded team strategy.
  8. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with players, staff, and administration.
  9. Attend all team events, practices, and games as required.
  10. Stay updated on current trends and developments in football and implement new strategies as needed.
  11. Assist in recruiting and selecting new players for the team.
  12. Maintain accurate records and statistics related to offensive performance.
  13. Adhere to all NCAA and conference rules and regulations.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Coaching Experience At The Collegiate Level, Preferably With A Focus On Offensive Strategies And Play-Calling.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Physical Education, Kinesiology, Or Sports Management.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Offensive Systems And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Teach Them To Players.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success, Including Previous Experience In Developing Successful Offensive Game Plans And Leading Teams To Winning Records.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Coaches And Staff Members To Support The Overall Success Of The Football Program.
