  3. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop individualized academic plans for students, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  4. Assist students in navigating the university's resources and services, including academic advising, tutoring, and career services.
  5. Act as a liaison between students and university departments, advocating for students' needs and ensuring their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and progress, utilizing the university's student information systems and databases.
  7. Stay up-to-date on university policies and procedures, and effectively communicate them to students to ensure compliance.
  8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas related to student support and success.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve student support processes and procedures to enhance the overall student experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Counseling, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Student Support Or Advising Role

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Support And Guide Students From Diverse Backgrounds

  • Knowledge Of Academic Programs And Resources At University Of Phoenix

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Team To Provide Comprehensive Support To Students.
