
Recruiting - Employer Brand Specialist
As an Employer Brand Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, as well as colleagues in Marketing and other business lines within the University, to build and maintain the University’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand. Develop, distribute and maintain an employer brand playbook to serve as a resource for existing employees to understand and be able to articulate our EVP and effectively and concisely describe our employer brand. Generate interest in employment opportunities with the University by creating, posting and managing responses on digital and social media. Track key metrics, analytics and costs associated with recruitment marketing to demonstrate value and ROI.
3 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in support of a Talent Acquisition function
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
