  1. Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff of the University of Phoenix.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  3. Assist with setting up and maintaining computer systems and equipment.
  4. Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Communicate effectively with individuals of varying technical abilities to provide clear and concise instructions and support.
  6. Document and track support requests and resolutions using designated systems.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and systems used by the University of Phoenix.
  9. Proactively identify and report potential technical issues or areas for improvement.
  10. Adhere to all IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  11. Maintain a high level of customer service while assisting with technical support.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Provide feedback to improve IT support processes and procedures.
  14. Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  15. Display a professional and positive attitude while representing the University of Phoenix.
