  1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to undergraduate and graduate students.
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
  4. Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and improve course materials and curriculum.
  5. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in teaching and incorporate them into classroom instruction.
  6. Evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and other assessments.
  7. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.
  8. Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters.
  9. Engage in scholarly activities such as research and publication to contribute to the academic community.
  10. Participate in departmental and university committees and meetings to contribute to the overall academic environment.
  11. Participate in professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching skills.
  12. Adhere to university policies and procedures and maintain ethical standards in all aspects of teaching and interactions with students.
  13. Serve as a role model for students and promote a passion for learning and personal growth.
  14. Represent the university and the department at academic events and conferences.
  15. Contribute to the recruitment and retention efforts of the university by actively promoting the department and its programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree Or Higher In The Relevant Field Of Study.
