  4. Actively participate in and contribute to the university's research community by attending seminars, workshops, and other events.
  5. Keep up-to-date with current research trends and developments in the field.
  6. Mentor and supervise undergraduate and graduate students in research projects and activities.
  7. Assist in grant writing and proposal development.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and institutions to foster interdisciplinary research.
  9. Contribute to the growth and development of the university's reputation through publications and presentations.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and represent the university in a positive light.
  11. Adhere to all university policies and procedures related to research and ethical conduct.
