  1. Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures to students in the I/O Psychology department.
  2. Create and manage course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
  3. Provide individualized support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
  4. Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into course content to demonstrate practical applications of I/O Psychology concepts.
  5. Facilitate class discussions and encourage active participation from students.
  6. Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the field of I/O Psychology to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.
  7. Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and improve curriculum.
  8. Grade assignments and exams in a timely manner and provide constructive feedback to students.
  9. Hold office hours to assist students with questions and concerns.
  10. Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions with students and colleagues.
  11. Participate in department meetings and workshops as required.
  12. Serve as a mentor and role model for students, demonstrating a strong passion and commitment to the field of I/O Psychology.
  13. Adhere to university policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously assess and evaluate teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes.
  15. Represent the university and the I/O Psychology department in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Students.

  • A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Industrial/Organizational Psychology Or A Closely Related Field.

  • Previous Teaching Experience At The College Level, Preferably In The Field Of I/O Psychology.

  • Current Knowledge And Experience In The Latest Theories And Practices Within The Field Of I/O Psychology.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Conducting And Publishing Research In The Area Of I/O Psychology.
