  1. Teach undergraduate courses in management, including but not limited to principles of management, organizational behavior, and business strategy.
  2. Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures, class activities, and assignments that align with the course objectives and learning outcomes.
  3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, open communication, and respect for diverse perspectives.
  4. Mentor and advise students, including providing academic and career guidance, and serving as a resource for internships and networking opportunities.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and research in management and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into course materials.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and events to enhance the overall quality of the management curriculum.
  7. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with advancements in management education.
  8. Contribute to the university's mission of fostering a diverse and inclusive community by promoting cultural competency and actively supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds.
  9. Participate in academic and administrative tasks, such as grading, evaluating student performance, and attending faculty meetings.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with students, colleagues, and community partners.

Job Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree Or Higher In Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Professional Experience In A Management Role Or Relevant Field.

  • Proven Teaching Experience And Excellence In Delivering Course Material To Undergraduate Or Graduate Students.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Student Populations.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Expertise In Various Management Topics Such As Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Or Human Resource Management.
