1. Develop and teach engaging and thought-provoking courses in American Studies to undergraduate and graduate students.

6. Provide mentorship and support to students, including advising on academic and career goals.
7. Encourage and facilitate interdisciplinary research and collaboration among students and faculty.

10. Maintain regular office hours and be available to students for academic support and guidance.

13. Actively participate in the recruitment and retention of students, including attending recruitment events and providing academic advising.
