  1. Maintain inventory: The Supply Technician 1 will be responsible for conducting regular inventory checks, tracking stock levels, and ordering necessary supplies to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain.
  2. Process mail and packages: This role will involve sorting, labeling, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. The Supply Technician 1 will also be responsible for tracking and recording all mail and package deliveries.
  3. Manage surplus items: The Supply Technician 1 will assist with the management of surplus items, including organizing and cataloging items, arranging for their disposal or sale, and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures: The Supply Technician 1 will be expected to follow all policies and procedures related to mail services, receiving, and surplus operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment: The Supply Technician 1 will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the mail services, receiving, and surplus department, including storage areas and workstations.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent.

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience In A Mail Services, Receiving, Or Surplus Position.

  • Ability To Operate And Maintain Mailroom Equipment, Such As Postage Meters And Sorting Machines.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Accordingly.
