  1. Provide administrative support to various departments on campus, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  2. Greet and assist visitors and students at the front desk, answering questions and providing information as needed.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring to appropriate staff members.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it is presentable and welcoming to all visitors.
  5. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining department calendars.
  6. Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Respond to emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Help with event planning and coordination, including setting up and cleaning up event spaces.
  9. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
