In this role, you will play a critical role in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of our PeopleSoft system, ensuring its functionality to support the university's operations.   1. Maintain and develop the PeopleSoft system to ensure its functionality and effectiveness in supporting the university's operations.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft modules.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to identify and analyze business needs and requirements.
  4. Design, develop, and implement customized solutions and enhancements to the PeopleSoft system.
  5. Conduct thorough testing of new system features and functionality to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Provide ongoing support to users by addressing system-related inquiries and concerns.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PeopleSoft technology to continuously improve the system.
  8. Train and educate users on how to effectively utilize the PeopleSoft system.
  9. Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
  10. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate PeopleSoft with other systems and applications.
  11. Identify opportunities for system optimization and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Ensure the security and integrity of the PeopleSoft system by implementing proper controls and protocols.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on PeopleSoft systems and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  14. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the university by leveraging the capabilities of the PeopleSoft system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Business Systems Analyst, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Peoplesoft Applications, Including Hcm, Financials, And Campus Solutions.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Complex Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments Within The University.
