- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions and enhancements to the PeopleSoft system.
- Conduct thorough testing of new system features and functionality to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to users by addressing system-related inquiries and concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PeopleSoft technology to continuously improve the system.
- Train and educate users on how to effectively utilize the PeopleSoft system.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate PeopleSoft with other systems and applications.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the PeopleSoft system by implementing proper controls and protocols.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on PeopleSoft systems and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the university by leveraging the capabilities of the PeopleSoft system.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Business Systems Analyst, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Peoplesoft Applications, Including Hcm, Financials, And Campus Solutions.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Complex Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments Within The University.
