  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas on the university campus.
  2. Perform routine and specialized cleaning tasks, such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
  3. Restock and replenish supplies in designated areas.
  4. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  5. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
  6. Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Adhere to schedules and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  9. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  10. Uphold the university's standards and values while representing the Operations & Custodial Teams.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic at all times.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  13. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
  14. Be punctual and reliable for all shifts and assignments.
  15. Follow all university policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Custodial Or Facilities Maintenance Work, Preferably In A University Or Large-Scale Setting.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, To Accommodate The Seasonal And Part-Time Nature Of The Job.

  • Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Proper Cleaning Techniques And The Ability To Handle And Use Cleaning Equipment And Chemicals Safely.

  • Physical Ability To Perform The Essential Duties Of The Job, Including Lifting Up To 50 Pounds And Standing For Long Periods Of Time.
