- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT-related issues for students, faculty, and staff.
- Maintain and update network security measures to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement new technology solutions.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar It Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Environment.
Proficient In Various Programming Languages And Operating Systems, With A Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure And Security.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively And Provide Technical Support To A Diverse Community Of Users.
