- Manage and maintain financial records for a diverse portfolio of grants.
- Ensure compliance with all grant funding regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to grant funding agencies.
- Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to project managers.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper allocation and use of grant funds.
- Participate in grant proposal development and budget planning.
- Conduct regular audits of grant expenditures to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of grant budgets and financial projections.
- Provide support and guidance to project managers on grant accounting procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in grant funding regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate with grant funding agencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized grant financial records.
- Prepare and submit reimbursement requests for grant expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation of grant close-out reports.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to grant funding.
- Collaborate with the university's finance department to ensure proper financial management of grants.
- Train and mentor junior grant accounting staff as needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings and provide updates on grant finances.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of grant accounting processes and procedures.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In Grant Accounting Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal Grant Regulations And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Working With Grantors, Colleagues, And Stakeholders.
