  14. Maintain office hours and be accessible to students for additional assistance and support.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and strategies to enhance student learning.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctorate Degree In Philosophy Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • A Strong Publication Record In Peer-Reviewed Journals And/Or Academic Books Demonstrating Expertise In A Specialized Area Of Philosophy.

  • Prior Teaching Experience At The University Level And Evidence Of Effective Pedagogical Methods.

  • A Commitment To Diversity And Inclusion In The Classroom And Campus Community.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Colleagues And Mentor Students.
