This position requires an individual with excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Patient Access field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. A Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience may be considered.
