Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement patient safety initiatives in accordance with all applicable regulations • Monitor the performance of all patient safety processes and procedures to ensure compliance • Address any potential safety issues and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient safety • Collaborate with other healthcare departments to ensure best practice policies and procedures are followed • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current healthcare regulations and industry standards • Ensure the delivery of an outstanding patient experience by providing clear communication and instructions • Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals • Develop and execute patient safety training programs for healthcare providers and staff • Analyze patient safety data to identify potential trends and areas of improvement • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure adherence to patient safety protocols
