Epic Application Analyst Associate

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in healthcare information systems management. Experience with Epic Systems, Cerner, and/or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and have the ability to stay organized and provide efficient solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Epic Systems, Cerner, and other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to ensure the highest quality patient care

• Develop and maintain technical solutions for the Medical Center • Analyze user requirements and design/implement solutions to meet those needs • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to EMR systems • Monitor system performance and address any issues that arise • Train users in the use of EMR systems • Create technical documentation for all EMR systems • Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to improve system performance and efficiency • Ensure data accuracy and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations
