Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
2. Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Lead the annual budget process for the Medical Center, including forecasting and budget reviews.
4. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor and report on financial performance, including preparing financial statements and cash flow projections.
7. Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.
8. Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, as applicable.
9. Supervise, mentor, and manage financial staff.
10. Provide leadership and support to the Medical Center’s operations.
