  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all HVAC equipment, including but not limited to air handlers, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems with HVAC systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  4. Respond to emergency calls and address HVAC issues in a timely manner.
  5. Install new HVAC equipment and systems as needed.
  6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on HVAC systems.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  9. Stay up to date with industry developments and technologies related to HVAC systems.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with university staff and faculty.
  11. Adhere to all university policies and procedures while completing job responsibilities.
  12. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to HVAC systems and safety.
  14. Represent the university in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Meet all job requirements and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
