  1. Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the university, including human resources, finance, facilities, and technology.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive positive change and improve efficiency in the organization.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of department heads and staff members to ensure a high level of performance and achieve organizational goals.
  4. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to identify and address operational needs and challenges.
  5. Manage the university's budget and resources, ensuring responsible and effective allocation.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  7. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the university administration and external entities, such as government agencies and community organizations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, donors, and alumni.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations on the performance and progress of administrative and operational functions for university leadership and governing bodies.
  12. Represent the university at conferences, meetings, and other events related to administration and operations.
  13. Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the administrative and operational departments.
  14. Uphold the university's mission, values, and standards of excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Budgets And Overseeing Complex Operations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices In Higher Education Administration And Operations.
